At One Ó Three Coffee, all sales are final. Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or served. If there is an issue with your order, including quality or accuracy, please notify our staff immediately so we can address the concern and make it right at our discretion. For any merchandise or non-consumable items, returns or exchanges may be considered within a reasonable time frame if the item is unused and in its original condition, with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund or exchange request.
